Terms and Conditions for Cars and Bikes
1. Purchase Agreement: a. The purchaser agrees to pay the agreed-upon price for the vehicle, inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees. b. The seller agrees to transfer ownership of the vehicle to the purchaser upon receipt of full payment.
2. Ownership Transfer: a. The seller shall provide all necessary documentation for the transfer of ownership, including but not limited to the title, registration, and any relevant maintenance records. b. The purchaser shall be responsible for completing the necessary paperwork for registration and insurance within the stipulated timeframe.
3. Usage and Maintenance: a. The purchaser agrees to use the vehicle in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to traffic rules and environmental standards. b. The purchaser is responsible for the regular maintenance and upkeep of the vehicle, including oil changes, tire rotations, and any necessary repairs. c. Any modifications made to the vehicle shall be done in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and may void warranty if not approved.
4. Insurance and Liability: a. The purchaser shall obtain and maintain insurance coverage for the vehicle throughout the duration of ownership. b. The seller shall not be liable for any accidents, damages, or injuries resulting from the use or operation of the vehicle post-sale.
5. Warranty and Disclaimers: a. The vehicle is sold “as-is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. b. Any warranties provided by the manufacturer shall be transferred to the purchaser to the extent permissible by law.
6. Payment and Refunds: a. All payments shall be made in the agreed-upon currency and method. b. No refunds or returns shall be provided once the sale is finalized, except as required by law.
7. Dispute Resolution: a. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in [Jurisdiction], in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
